It is difficult to change your diet especially when you have to plan and make your own meals that often. There are very few restaurants that cater to anyone’s diet which is why eating at home is a healthier option for everyone. You never truly know what ingredients they put in the food and you just kind of hope for the best. Trying to arrange your life so that you are able to create healthy meals throughout the day is not easy so don’t be too hard on yourself.
